Our full time job is finding you qualified individuals who meet your specific needs. Let us sort through resumes, search the web, interview candidates, and find the perfect employees for the job. We have a large database of agents located throughout Southern California.

What does Travel Placement Service do to find qualified candidates?

TPS has been in business for over 15 years. All of our staff have experience in the travel industry. Our reputation has earned us "the name to trust in personnel services." We take the time to talk to each applicant and qualify them accordingly. We understand the difference between corporate and leisure agents, Sabre and Apollo skills, incentive and meeting planners, production and entertainment agents, group and wholesale agents, and the qualifications needed to fill these positions.

What is my obligation to you if I sign a contract?

TPS does require you to sign an exclusive contract. You may interview on your own. The only time you pay us a fee is when you interview our candidate and decide to hire them.

What if the candidate I chose doesn't work out?

Everyone has to be happy to make a successful placement. We have a 30-day unconditional guarantee. If for any reason an employee does not meet your expectations, your money will be refunded immediately or a replacement will be found free of charge.
